ROLE SUMMARY
The HENI Group is an international arts services business working with leading artists and estates across publishing, print-making, digital, film, art research and analysis. We focus on the individual artist and their work, offering art services including printing and reproduction, digital management, events, mounting, logistics, fine art photography, an on-line art trading platform and a NFT studio.
We are a high growth, privately owned group and, in addition to the above, manage the business interests of world leading artists.
The HENI Group wishes to recruit an experienced hands-on Facilities and Maintenance Manager who will create and maintain a physical environment of efficiency and continuous improvement throughout all the companies in the group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
Complete ownership of the operational management and delivery of all facilities and maintenance management services, which could be either a large complex site, across multiple sites or domestic properties.
Be hands-on in approach and able to fix issues directly if appropriate.
Provide excellent communication with stakeholders to address any concerns.
Manage relationships with site managers, suppliers and other partners within the business.
Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors.
Ensure that the buildings are clean, well-stocked and maintained according to company policy and procedures and monitor the accountability of external partners such as cleaning
Initiate and implement change and improvement in services, products and systems.
Control risks and issues escalated at a site-level and put in place appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.
Ensure control of spending and manage budgets through effective financial management.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Strong experience within the facilities management sector and technical service delivery
Hands-on ability to fix and maintain properties; previous training in a trade such as plumbing, building or electrics would be an advantage
An ability to manage stakeholders changing your style of communication to suit the different parts of the business
Experienced managing the maintenance of multi-sites and multi-use properties such as offices, studios, domestic and warehousing
Financial management and budgetary experience
Please note that the role will involve flexible over working hours according to the needs of the business and reasonable travel as required.
