Facilities Maintenance Engineer

We are recruiting for Multiskilled Engineers / Handy people ,
to be based in Greater Londonto carry out reactive and remedial works in our clients sites in London train stations. To provide an efficient and effective brand Maintenance service, planning and delivering a high-quality building fabric maintenance programme.
You will use your handyperson/multi trade experience to complete tasks such as painting, tiling, plumbing, basic electrical &general repairs to buildings and customer facilitiesetc.
You will be provided with all your kit, uniform, tablet & phone as well as having your travel in and around London expensed. They are a people centred company who will invest in your future by providing training and qualifications to aid your skill/career development.
The role:
Carry out repair works as directed by the Maintenance Manager, Helpdesk and Unit Manager, making the best use of time, facilities, and maintenance systems to provide the most efficient and effective service to the units.
Plan your own labour time within your allocated schedule to ensure localised problems are prioritised and managed effectively.
