Our Mission‘To create the finest retail experiences.’Our Purpose‘Making the extraordinary possible'McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s leading owner, developer and manager of designer outlets, was founded in Europe in 1993 and currently manages 25 designer outlets in 8 countries.What you'll be doing...We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Facilities Executive to oversee the operations and maintenance of our Ashford designer outlet centre.Reporting to the Facilities Manager and supporting the development of an Assistant, you will ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised and high standards for the centre are always set and maintained. This would include the implementation of facility management policies in conjunction with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will oversee supplier relationships and contracts for facility services such as cleaning, gardening and security.The Facilities Executive plays a key role in overseeing the health and safety, maintenance, cleanliness and security for the entire centre.
