Percival are excited to be working exclusively with the Leybourne Grange Management Community Interest Company (LGM CIC) to help them appoint a new Facilities & Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an Estates & Property Management professional to join an amazing organisation, and to utilise their skillsets and experience and add value to the organisation. The role As the newly appointed Facilities & Contracts Manager you will be performing an interesting and broad role where the duties and responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operational management of the community buildings, reviewing and negotiating contracts/leases and identifying revenue generating opportunities. This role will involve working a 4 day week out of their office and site based near West Malling in Kent, and you will have people management responsibility for two direct reports. In this role you will provide leadership and management across a well managed and diverse estate and the residing community. You will be involved in the day-to-day management and administration of the LGM CIC and work with the Board to ensure that the forward plan is developed in a sustainable way. The organisation Leybourne Chase is a housing development of 733 homes set within stunning 140-acre grounds in West Malling, Kent and consists of a variety of outdoor spaces, parks and formal walled garden. Leybourne Grange Management Community Interest Company (LGM CIC) is a not-for-profit organisation that runs two community facilities, gathers lease income from various lessors on site and arrange community events and volunteering opportunities. Your experience and skillsets will include : They are looking for candidates with good experience working in facilities and contracts management either through a paid role or in a voluntary capacity. A minimum of 5 years experience working directly with residents in a Facilities Management or Contracts Management role, in either a work or voluntary capacity. Experience of planning, delivering and evaluating projects, activities and events The salary offering for the successful candidate is £35,000 for a 4 day working week.
