They offer facilities management services into a varied range of public and private sectors including NHS and County Councils.On offer is the opportunity for a Contracts Manager from a Maintenance and building services background to oversee and have overall responsibility for planned and unplanned maintenance projects.The individual will be responsible for the Management and Delivery of PPM contracts as well as liaising with clients to develop long- standing business through professionalism and integrity. You will also have financial responsibility for all contracts under your jurisdiction.
