Facilities Assistant - Temp Role
Facilities Assistant required in to start in April 2024 to join a busy team for holiday cover.
The ideal candidate will be working independently, responsible and highly driven with a positive attitude and fantastic communication skills and previous experience within Facilities Management.
Duties / Responsibilities Include:
- Works with Facilities Managers to develop management resource plans, to meet operational needs and effects change where required.
- Support Account Manager & Commercial Teams in managing the finances of the Account
- Early Identification of the business risk projects and ensuring that risk management, risk registers and contingency are in place to manage and minimise risk.
- Understand the requirements of the client and procedures and how these are applied to individuals roles.
- Manage all elements where needed in a professional and safe manner.
- Coordinating internal functions with those of the Customer, Clients and suppliers.
- Utilise systems to maximum effect.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience within Facilities Management is essential for this role.
- Committed
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous experience working within the Construction Industry are preferred but not essential
- Precise with good attention to detail
- Quick learner with a can do attitude
- Positive
- Highly organised
- Self-motivated
HOURS:
- Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
- Start Time: 8am - 6pm
- Pay: 13 P/H
