About Job:
As a Facilities & HSE Manager, you will drive a culture of healthy working practices, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. You will oversee the development and upkeep of facilities to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment within budgetary constraints.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Health & Safety:
Monitor and advise on H&S training and communications
Carry out non-production floor new starter H&S inductions
Advise on Accident and Near miss data trends
Facilities (Hard Services):
Manage hard services contractors for building compliance
Forecast building plant replacement
Develop building strategy for an efficient site
Facilities (Soft Services):
Oversee soft services like furniture procurement and cleaning
Manage soft service contractors
Forecast budgets and replacement program
About You:
An ideal candidate will have experience in facilities-based projects, manufacturing environments, and possess knowledge of safe working practices and project management.
