Providing administrative support to the facilities department Acting as the first point of contact, welcoming guests to the buildingOperating the switchboard and transferring callsOrganising meeting room bookings and ensuring they are kept up to standards
THE PERSON:
Experience in a similar front of house and administration roleProficient in MS OfficeExcellent customer service skillsStrong organisation skills
