Linsco are currently recruiting for an experienced Facade Manager to work on a multi million pound high rise construction project in Manchester. This is a long term post and offers the opportunity to work on an interesting scheme with a reputable contractor.Roles & Responsibilities of Facade Manager
Demonstrated track record as a Facade Manager within high-rise multi-room construction projectsComprehensive understanding of facades systems, materials, and contemporary fire regulation standardsManaging construction personnel and delegating tasks to meet deadlinesPerforming regular inspections of the construction siteIdentifying potential safety hazards and managing them accordinglyEnsuring all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate protective equipmentOrganising work schedulesChecking work techniques are correct and safeManaging orders and deliveries of building materialsAssisting project managers with planning work activitiesCompleting site reports and other recordsAttending site management meetingsAttending client meetingsToolbox talksRemuneration for this Facade Manager post is £260/£270 per day / CISLinsco supplies temporary, freelance and permanent labour to the construction, precast and manufacturing industries across the UK.
