Facade Manager

My client is seeking a Facade Site Manager or Construction Site Manager for a 12-month project in Brigg. You will oversee the site, including subcontractors, materials, and deliveries, to ensure the successful completion of the project. The ideal candidate should possess a CSCS card (preferred), along with SMSTS/SSSTS qualifications, and have robust organisational and proactive working skills.

Your key responsibilities will include;

• Managing all subcontract labour and any other resources required for the effective and efficient running of the site. This includes managing on-site contractual obligations, and enforcing and monitoring KPIs for all personnel on-site within the installation process.
• Providing accurate, regular, and timely management information on customer records, completed installations, and uploading them to the Management system.
• Managing and arranging all relevant paperwork for the project, including but not limited to enforcing works programs with subcontractors, updating installation as required, and conducting inspections at all stages of the project for onward submission to the client.

Proficiency in managing projects related to installing windows, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of these projects, is expected. Being prepared for occasional travel requirements, and being the owner of a vehicle is also essential.

The standard working week for this role is 40 hours, with the salary range falling between �40-45k, subject to experience and negotiable terms.
