Welder Fabricator (MIG):

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Salary: 34K - 37.5K

Hours - 8:00AM - 17:00PM - MON - FRI

We are looking for a welder fabricator (MIG Essential)

We are looking for a teamplayer, during the course of the day besides weldeing, unloading lorrys and also moving large sheets of metal around the yard. This will be dont by using the mini cranes located within the yard. If Crane licence is not held, as course is held internally.

Key Responsibilities:

– Execute welding and fabrication of steelwork.
– Interpret and apply fabrication drawings accurately.
– Manage on-site installation of cranes and lifting equipment.
– Conduct daily checks on equipment to ensure operational safety.
– Handle the loading and unloading of steel deliveries and collections.
– Adhere to all quality, health & safety, and environmental regulations.

About You:

– Proven experience in welding and fabrication.
– Competence in reading and executing fabrication drawings.
– A full UK Driving Licence.
– High attention to detail and precision in manufacturing.
– A solid foundation in general engineering principles.
– Experience in site fitting is advantageous.
– A proactive, can-do attitude.
