Looking for a Fabric Technician to work for a Maintenance Provider in Safron Walden for one month.
Youll be doing.
PPM and Reactive Maintenance
Fire Alarm Testing
Painting
Repairs floor and wall coverings
Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements
Carpentry
Painting and decorating
Carpet, Tiles
Doors, Locks
General Fabric works
Plumbing
What youll need.
Prior experience in Commercial Building Maintenance - Essential
Client facing
Reality to undergo Maintenance duties efficiently
