Position: Fabric Engineer

Location: Blackfriars

Salary: �38,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Are you a skilled Fabric Engineer seeking a rewarding role? Our client is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join their team. If you have experience in carrying out PPMs, reactive maintenance, painting and decorating, fabric maintenance, and minor plumbing tasks, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) on various building fabric elements

Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests

Undertake painting and decorating tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the premises

Conduct fabric maintenance activities to ensure the safety and functionality of the facility

Handle minor plumbing tasks as required

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a commercial or facilities management environment

Strong skills in painting, decorating, fabric maintenance, and minor plumbing

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
