Your new company

• One of the largest Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services.

Your new role

• Working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week on a static site in Birmingham
• Planned and reactive maintenance duties including, checking and carrying out minor repairs on doors, light replacements, basic joinery and carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, basic plastering / patching and other general building service maintenance duties.
• Engaging with the client and the wider team.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need to have experience in a fabric or maintenance role within a commercial environment.
• Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
• Able to pass an Enhanced DBS
