The D365 Database Architect will be a key role in ensuring my client
maximize the ERP system to provide timely and accurate information.
Skills & Abilities:
Dynamics 365 F &O System Administration:
· Manage and administer Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to ensure optimal
performance and reliability.
· Implement and oversee security measures to safeguard system data and user
access.
Customization and Configuration:
· Customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to meet specific business
requirements.
· Configure modules and workflows to enhance system functionality.
Integration and Collaboration:
· Collaborate with other IT personnel and departments to integrate Dynamics
365 Finance and Operations with existing systems and applications.
· Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT and end-users.
Troubleshooting and Support:
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance and
Operations issues.
· Work closely with end-users to identify and resolve system-related issues in
a timely manner.
· Work with ERP Business Analyst for improved ERP performance
Program Management
· Experience of supporting end-to-end complex software development, and
hardware projects.
· Experience of change implementations, from concept to installation and
ongoing support including training when required.
· Experience supporting D365 business applications in an enterprise IT
environment
Power BI & Report Development
· Experience of working with Power BI and creating end user reports
· Ability to translate business requirements and processes into technical
delivery options providing effective IT delivery of solutions.
· Create and maintain clear and accurate reporting, ensuring applicable and
relevant communication to end-users.
Qualifications & Experience:
· An experienced ERP specialist with a problem-solving mindset, adept at
collaborating with users.
· Minimum Degree level qualification in an IT Business, Science-based subject,
or equivalent demonstrable experience.
· Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations administrative experience (Essential).
· Experience of working within an IT Manufacturing environment beneficial but
not essential.
· Core Skills: D365 & Power BI.
Reporting to:
The role reports to the Head of IT / Finance Director.
