We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our client at their outstanding hotel located in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, not too far from Fort William. Responsibilities in your new role as the Food & Beverage Supervisor

• Oversee personnel in the food and beverage department


• Aid the F&B Manager in daily operational tasks


• Offer assistance across different departmental functions as required


• Conduct routine staff training sessions and offer continuous support

Your personality, experience�and qualifications

Candidates should have prior experience in either restaurant or hotel settings, as this is crucial. They should demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication abilities are also a must, along with a track record of effectively training and supporting staff members.

Due to the location of this role, a driver's licence and access to your own transport is essential.
