EYFS Teacher

Tradewind are recruiting! Do you have experience working with children with SEN? Are you a qualified Teacher? Do you have at least two year's experience teaching in EYFS/Reception? An OFSTED rated 'Good' two-form entry primary school in Dagenham are seeking a passionate Fully Qualified EYFS/Reception Teacher from 15th April 2024. Initially, this would be until the end of the academic year but there could potentially be opportunity to extend. This would be a full-time, long-term post with pay rates between �188 - �244 on offer.

This Primary Teacher role would involve effective planning and teaching a class of 4 children in Reception with SEN that they have just received extra funding for. The children are non-verbal/pre-verbal and have complex Autistic needs. Two strong Learning Support Assistants who are very familiar with children's specific needs and will be in the class to support.

The successful candidate will hold UK recognised QTS, have experience teaching in EYFS, and a nurturing personality to enable them to build a strong rapport with learners, as well as have experience working with SEN.

Applications must be from experienced teachers with UK experience only. ECTs will not be considered for this position.

Requirements:

  • Hold UK recognised Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • At least two year's experience teaching in EYFS in the UK.
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
  • Legal right to work in the UK
