Are you an experienced Early Years Teacher looking for new opportunities in Birmingham?
Winner Education are seeking an EYFS teacher for a primary school based in Tipton. We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis and will be full time. This role is due to start for the summer term. You will be working with ‘Good' rated Ofsted primary school. This school have a fantastic reputation for supporting their staff with career development and internal training and support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Carry about class teacher responsibilities
Support EYFS class with a mixture of morning and afternoon pupils
Tailor existing lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements
Lead and work alongside full time TA's working with the class
Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
The successful SEN Teacher must:
Hold QTS status (ECT's are welcome to apply)
Have previous experience within primary school environment, in particular EYFS/Reception
Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
