Job Title: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Location: NG9 area

Start Date: As soon as possible

Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference? We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join our team on a maternity cover basis. Located in the NG9 area, our school is committed to providing high-quality education and nurturing environments for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum, tailored to the individual needs and interests of the children.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all children feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to both pupils and parents, and identifying areas for development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the wider school community and uphold our ethos of excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A proactive and creative approach to teaching, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

Additional Information:

  • This position is a full-time role, covering a period of maternity leave, with the possibility of extension.
