I am looking for an experienced Care Manager to oversee the running of a brilliant extra care scheme based in Battersea. Somebody with previous experience managing Extra Care/Retirement Living/Residential Homes/Domiciliary Care would be perfect!
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the serviceManage the 59-flat service and oversee the support of the service users who have a variety of needsBuild and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholdersOversee staff rota, ensuring quality and complianceTo encourage participation in social activities on-site and to build connections in the wider communityTo work with our partner housing provider to promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the scheme Registered Manager Requirements:Previous experience as a Manager in a care setting essential, preferably within extra/ domiciliary/residential care or supported housingDriven and ambitiousGood management skills and is willing to take on responsibilityA team player whose goal is to leverage good serviceLevel 5 qualification or working towardsBenefits:£40,000 - £45,00025 days annual leave plus bank holidaysWorking for a charityRefer a friend schemeBirthday holiday bonus If you are interested in the above position please apply, or for more information contact/ send your full CV to Niall Adams at Domus Recruitment.
