£40,000 + Commission

Elevation are proud to be recruiting for a well established manufacturing company with over 100 years experience within their field. Working along side the Export Sales Team this role will play a pivotal part in representing and growing the company both in the UK and overseas.

Travelling both within the UK and internationally this role is an exciting opportunity to work within a business that continues to thrive, grow and offer clear progression opportunities. Our client is open to candidates with export sales experience but also candidates who are willing to take that next step in their career to grow and develop this.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish, manage and develop opportunities for growth in the wider market along side handling sales budgets to ensure maximisation of profitability

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth

- Create and manage your own sales pipeline, ensuring consistent order generation and maximised potential with every opportunity

- Control UK and overseas relationships with customers and partners, driving sales through strong knowledge of extensive product line and negotiation skills

- Collaborate with agents and distributors worldwide, engaging in direct selling to end users & OEM's

- Communicate product features, benefits, and differentiation effectively to clients, ensuring they have full understanding, optimising further revenue

Skills and Requirements

- Experience in Industrial Blades, Machine Knives and/or its associated industry sectors

- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically in the manufacturing industry

- The ability and confidence to present and pitch to buyers and engineers to ensure full engagement, maximising every potential new opportunity for growth

- Strong rapport building skills, understands customer decision making process and the ability to identify customers requirements

- Overseas, international or export sales experience is desirable but not essential

- Fantastic communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Willing to travel overseas as needed - at least once a month (this may not be essential initially dependent on experience but will develop overtime)

- Travel, as required and authorised, within the UK and overseas
