Location: Europe and international. With over 40 years of experience and operations in 30+ countries, they build lasting relationships worldwide.What you’ll enjoy:Stable work force and a caring company culture where staff are supported.You will be selling quality products which can be differentiated from their competitors.It's an uncrowded market, with only two other real competitors in UK.With several more senior company members not far off retirement, the company are looking at succession planning for anyone joining the business.What you’ll be doing:You will be managing distributor relationships in Italy, Spain, Benelux, France, Scandinavia, Australia. New Zealand, Malaysia, Dubai, so you will need to be happy to travel and spend time away from home. As a guide you will be on 2–3-week long-haul trips, 2-3 times a year, with shorter trips in Europe.You will be carrying out business reviews with distributor partners, helping them with marketing support, discussing new product lines with them, and generally providing them with the support needed to ensure they sell more products.Stakeholders selling to: CFO, Chief Execs, MDsHere’s what you need:Ideally, you will have experience managing distributors on a European or International basis, however as a minimum you will need to have business to business sales experience within the medical sales sector.You will be career minded with a strong work ethic, and your excellent relationship building skills will enable you to forge strong business relationships with your customers.You will understand strategic selling concepts and a consultative sales approach, as well as strong analytical skills which will allow you to analyse and report on data.You will be a persuasive negotiator who can influence decisions and close the sale.You will be someone who has their own ideas but can still listen to others.Basic salary: £50k to £60k depending on experience and contacts.Director and Recruitment Manager for the South of England, West Midlands and Northern Ireland Can't find the job you're looking for?
