Air Export Coordinator - Tilbury, Essex - Up to £35,000An experienced Export Coordinator is required for a successful Freight Forwarder based in Tilbury, EssexThe successful Export Coordinator will be tasked to complete all things Air freight from start to finish.Job type: PermanentHours: 09:00am to 17:00pm - Monday to Friday The Package:Salary £25,000- £35,000 (DOE)20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pension - company contribution Annual performance bonusJob responsibilities:Communicating with customers, hauliers and carriers.Arranging bookings with lines and carriers.Arranging collections making sure to meet vessel/ flight deadlines.Completing customs entries.Raising export documentation and manifests.Checking with warehouses that screening and check weighing have been completed.Finalising all documentation Checking vessels/flights have been met.Invoicing and sending pre-alertsRequirements:Two years' experience minimum in export operations in airfreight. (UK-based experience only)Experience completing export documentation, including checking country requirements and raising Certificates of origin if required.Experience in completing customs declarations.Experience of CNS and Destin8.
