Export Coordinator

Air Export Coordinator - Tilbury, Essex - Up to £35,000
An experienced Export Coordinator is required for a successful Freight Forwarder based in Tilbury, Essex
The successful Export Coordinator will be tasked to complete all things Air freight from start to finish.
Job type: Permanent
Hours: 09:00am to 17:00pm - Monday to Friday
The Package:
Salary £25,000- £35,000 (DOE)
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Pension - company contribution
Annual performance bonus
Job responsibilities:
Communicating with customers, hauliers and carriers.
Arranging bookings with lines and carriers.
Arranging collections making sure to meet vessel/ flight deadlines.
Completing customs entries.
Raising export documentation and manifests.
Checking with warehouses that screening and check weighing have been completed.
Finalising all documentation
Checking vessels/flights have been met.
Invoicing and sending pre-alertsRequirements:
Two years' experience minimum in export operations in airfreight. (UK-based experience only)
Experience completing export documentation, including checking country requirements and raising Certificates of
if required.
Experience in completing customs declarations.
Experience of CNS and Destin8.
Experience of Multi-freight.
