A dynamic, independent creative agency, they are renowned for their innovative approach in crafting remarkable brand encounters. With a legacy spanning over a decade, they specialize in curating immersive experiences that captivate audiences, blending live and digital elements seamlessly.
The client portfolio encompasses esteemed brands across various sectors, delivering an array of integrated events internationally.
They are now seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their team, dedicated to overseeing projects from inception to completion, collaborating closely with the Project Director. The ideal candidate should possess festival activation experience, adaptability, and adeptness in managing concurrent projects with diverse requirements.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience of 3 years in the experiential/event agency realm, with a focus on festivals and brand activations
Proficient in end-to-end project management, encompassing client briefs, proposal development, budgeting, scheduling, and timeline management.
Proven track record of executing projects within festival environments, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
Competency in core project management skills and fostering client relationships to drive account growth.
Ability to liaise and negotiate with suppliers, overseeing technical aspects, budget management, and on-site execution.
Leadership capabilities, fostering team collaboration, and leading client interactions and relationship management.

Proactive, innovative, and responsive approach to challenges.
Attention to detail, patience, and accuracy in all tasks.
Proficiency in managing deadlines and multitasking effectively.
Understanding of creative processes and production techniques.
Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in managing expectations under pressure.
Ability to cultivate and sustain dynamic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Highly organized, disciplined time management skills, with the autonomy to work independently.
Team player mindset, commanding respect and support from peers.
Ability to work from the agency's office North of London (20 mins from Central London) 3x times a week
Desirable: Clean, valid driving license.
