Real Estate Lawyer (Energy & Infrastructure) - 6-10 PQE

We are a leading Big 4 legal team in London seeking a talented and experienced real estate lawyer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 6-10 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to play a key role in advising clients on complex real estate transactions with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sector.
About the Role:
Advise a diverse range of clients on real estate transactions related to the energy and infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on clean energy and renewable projects.
Lead on deal execution, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing due diligence processes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider Big 4 network, including tax, strategic consulting, and equity and debt advisory teams, to provide clients with a holistic service offering.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm.
Stay up-to-date on the latest legal and commercial developments in the real estate and energy & infrastructure sectors.
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm's real estate practice.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
A strong academic background.
6-10 years' PQE gained in a reputable law firm with experience in real estate law.
Proven experience in advising on energy and infrastructure transactions, with a particular interest in clean energy and renewables.
Excellent technical and legal skills with a strong understanding of real estate law and relevant regulations.
The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
A willingness to embrace innovation and use technology to improve service delivery.
