Experienced Photocopier / Printer Field Service Engineer

Experienced Multi-Functional Printer Field Service Technician located in the Cardiff to Carmarthen area
Due to continued expansion and growth within the managed print sector, Infinity Document Solution is looking for a dynamic and skilled Field Service Technician with a minimum of three years of field experience to join our rapidly expanding team covering the Cardiff to Carmarthen area. Although you will be working predominantly on Ricoh and Konica Minolta multifunctional devices, our ever-expanding portfolio means there will be scope for growth.
Requirements
We seek a field-based Technician based within the Cardiff / Carmarthen area with experience with Ricoh / Konica devices; however, full Manufacturer product training will be given to the right candidate.
Ricoh / Konica Minolta experience preferable
Network connectivity experience essential
Exposure to Papercut or any follow-me print and cost recovery solutions advantageous
Punctual, have a can-do attitude and a team player with the initiative to be able to work on their own
A clean licence is preferred (a maximum of 3 points would be acceptable)
Able to demonstrate the ability to manage workload
Able to own and Manage car stock level
