Are you an experienced Graduate Building Surveyor looking for an employer that can offer contractual bonuses, a strong varied workload, and rapid progression? All of this within a sociable and relaxed company that supports it’s staff and will soon have B-Corp status.
Person Specification:
Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or associated subject
You will be at the last stages of your APC with a clear idea of what you need to do
You will ideally have strong project experience and/or experience in Dilaps or project monitoring.
Excellent communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
With clients across the commercial, industrial, retail and prime residential sectors, and projects ranging up to £150m. You will be client facing and professional with a commercial mindset, ensuring that you are nurturing and growing relationships wherever possible.
You will be able to work with minimal supervision, with practical experience across all phases of a project.
Salary & Package:
Our client is happy to offer a salary between £40,000 – £50,000 DOE + contractual 15% overtarget bonus + package.
