We are supporting them with their search for a talented and motivated Exhibitions Project Manager to join their growing team.Agency/ Exhibition experience is essential for this roleJob Title: Exhibition Project ManagerLocation: West Yorkshire - (Largely office based)Company: Independent Growing Exhibition Design AgencySalary: Up to 35k (DOE)Responsibilities:Manage the planning and execution of large-scale exhibitions from start to finishCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, design, and logisticsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceededDevelop and manage project budgets and timelinesOversee on-site event operations, ensuring smooth running and problem resolutionSource and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure best value for the clientDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunitiesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in event management, preferably in an agency environmentProven track record of delivering successful, complex events with excellent project management skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of event production, including audio-visual, lighting, and riggingPassion for delivering exceptional customer service and producing innovative and memorable eventsThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic and creative events agency, where you will have the opportunity to work on a range of high-profile events.
