Overview of the business:
Exemplia is a group of recruitment businesses which offers a wide of employment solutions to all industry sectors. The first businesses within the Group were established in 2000 and the Group has since grown to cater to a variety business needs, including: headhunting, consulting & Human Resources (HR), research, mid-market and job advertising. The Group’s head office is based in Altrincham, with other offices in London and Southampton and a collective headcount of 15.
Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive will work across all Exemplia service lines, focussing on spotting opportunities to sell and promote the Group’s service offering which includes headhunting, consulting & Human Resources (HR), research, mid-market and job advertising.
The Sales Executive role will be split into 3 key areas: Sales, Account Management and Marketing and will play an integral part in the Exemplia sales system.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Sale Executive will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business targets, making outbound calls to a list of pre agreed targets and creating and sending emails to a potential new business targets
They will handle customer inquiries, manage client communication through the use of Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) and meet pre-agreed revenue and activity targets and key-performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring all deals, notes and sales are logged accurately on our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), HubSpot.
The Sales Executive will support all businesses within the Exemplia Group as required and cross-sell and upsell group services to maximise revenue opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
The Sales Executive will possess high levels of enthusiasm and tenacity and will be comfortable with using the telephone, as well as email, by means as communication.
English and Maths GCSE grades C or above.
Degree or A Levels.
Computer Literate. Experience in a customer facing role – either telephone or face to face.
