Job OverviewThe Executive Vice President of Sales is a non customer facing role and will have overall responsibility for leading our regions salesforce and setting & managing company sales targets. They will be expected to ensure that sales activities align with business growth objectives. They will work closely with the President of Sales Strategy to align sales team activities with the company Sales Strategy.
Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Duties
Leading a global sales team of 3-5 Regional Sales Directors and Production Group sales Directors.
Managing CRM and ensuring that it is used effectively and can be used, along with sales pipeline to achieve budget and provide accurate forecasting.
Planning, defining and communicating sales strategy on delivering Unicat’s three year revenue and margin target. Setting team targets and implementing tactics to ensure strategy is achieved. Also ensuring that all sales teams are aligned with the strategy.
Continually reviewing and looking for ways to improve the sales and Customer service processes.
Developing the sales teams depth and breadth (Recruitment, training)
Developing the depth and breadth of the Sales Agent/Distributor network (Engagement, management and training)
Understanding new product pipeline and planning for roll out and commercialisation
Demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and legal compliance and ensuring that professional and compliant work practices are followed throughout the sales team.
Responsible for collating and communication of sales pipeline.
Skills
Have strong sales management experience at a senior level.
Have a technical background and industry experience
Be a confident and charismatic sales person, with excellent communication skills at all levels.
Have knowledge of purification adsorbents and catalysts.
Chemical engineering or equivalent degree
Flexible and willing to travel internationally.
