What the role involves:
Strategically and proactively identify and engage with best-in-class Board Members and Executives
Utilise exceptional communication, on the phone, email and in person, to understand candidates’ backgrounds and motivations, client requirements and efficiently match the two
Be the pivotal intermediary between candidates and clients
Play a key role in the deal process from end to end, directly influencing industry leaders and the successes of new and existing clients
Consistently seek to improve market knowledge through our training and the expertise of your colleagues
Build a personal brand to market yourself as a “go to” person in the industry.
What they’re looking for:
2.1 or above from a Russell Group University
Demonstrable evidence of high achievement in a pursuit of any kind
Highly motivated, ambitious and willing to work hard to succeed
Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
Impeccable communication skills and the ability to make an impact on senior candidates and existing and prospective clients, in-person, virtually or on the phone.
