Location: Leeds, Salary: £24,000 - £25,000, with potential earnings of £65,000 (Uncapped) in the first year including bonuses, incentives, and additional perks.

Responsibilities:

• Source top executive candidates through various channels.


• Assess candidates to match clients needs and prepare them for high-level roles.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.


• Manage the end-to-end executive search process with precision and professionalism, from initial contact to placement.


• Collaborate with colleagues to exceed ambitious targets and propel business growth within the executive search division.


• Stay update on Industry trends for continuous improvement.
