Executive Search Associate

Role
:
Support Executive Management in their international search efforts across the private banking industry.
Support the organisation in identifying successful Private Bankers in the market and other Executives.
Support the rapid growth of the organisation in any additional ad-hoc tasks.
Profile
:
Prior,
demonstrable experience in the search industry
Strong sourcing capabilities
and track-record
Being confortable working in a fast-moving & demanding environment
Compensation
:
The role is commission-based with an
expected remuneration of CHF 200-250K
per annum (+/- = £177-220k/year).
Work location
:
While DES Capital head office is located in Switzerland, this is a
home office / remote position .
