Overview
Dartmouth Partners are working with an asset management firm on an Executive Remuneration Analyst. This role is nestled within their HR function which is tasked with crafting and implementing a comprehensive compensation and recognition framework.
This role offers a unique opportunity to delve into the realm of executive remuneration, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of their Remuneration Committee cycle and executive compensation strategies.
The role
You will:
Assist in the planning process for the annual cycle of Committee meetings
Deliver accurate and timely remuneration disclosures and reporting in compliance with relevant regulations
Manage the uploading and organization of Committee papers on the Board portal
Draft Committee papers and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and clarity
Contribute to the preparation of the annual Directors’ Remuneration Report and Policy reviews
Support broader executive remuneration matters, including regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the Global Reward function to gather input and insights
Stay abreast of evolving remuneration and governance regulations
Experience
You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:
Have excellent analytical and numerical skills
Strong written communication skills
Effective planning and project management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and problem-solving complex issues
