40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
This post is based onsite at Trust’s Corporate Offices, Nailsworth, Gloucestershire (not available for remote or hybrid working)
The post holder has responsibility for providing highly effective administration and PA support to the Founder and Executive Chair of Ruskin Mill Trust.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator within a busy office, educational or charity setting. A car driver is essential.
You will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, demonstrate proficient IT skills to include word, excel and powerpoint and be well organised, effective and efficient.
This is an exciting and varied role and the successful candidate will support the Founder and Trust within an expanding and diverse charitable organisation.
Key elements of the roles are:
note taking, minute taking and dictation
diary management to include; arranging and co-ordinating meetings and both national and international travel arrangements
prepare presentations and reports
A flexible approach to work is essential and overnight stays may be a requirement of this role (with appropriate notice). There will be an expectation to work 1 to 2 Saturdays per month for which time off in lieu will be given.
