Our teams provide a full range of support to our stations, as well as playing a crucial role in the expansion of the network and the continuation of our reputation as best in the industry.To support our growth, we are looking to recruit an PA, with a great work ethic and the ability to work under their own initiative, to support our executive team.Role Overview:As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to our executive team, providing high-level administrative support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion. Your role will be pivotal in enabling our executives to focus on their strategic priorities and maximise their productivity.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference callsCoordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportationPrepare and distribute agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetingsAct as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications as appropriateHandle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretionConduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executivesAnticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operationsAssist with personal tasks and errands as neededDictating important meetings either in person or over electronic channels.Requirements:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, supporting C-suite executives or senior managementExceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levelsHigh degree of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including outlook, PowerPoint, Word, TeamsAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work effectively under pressureMust have a valid UK Driving Licence.Other benefits to include:Competitive salary – dependant on experience & qualifications10% discretionary annual bonusCompany sick pay (30 days full pay & 30 days half pay per annum)25 days holiday + Bank Holidays1 Paid volunteering day per year1 paid day off if you are moving houseLife insurance at 3 x annual salary from day 1Admission to pension scheme following successful 3 month employmentOngoing training in career building avenues, including study supportOpportunity to enrol onto our salary sacrifice EV schemeCycle to work schemeAccess to PerkPal platformQuarterly company eventsFree snacks & drinks in the officeFree office parkingFree shuttle bus to/from Basingstoke Train StationOne last thing… We’re an equal opportunity employer.
