As�Executive Chef, you will be the culinary leader of the resort, overseeing all kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards across five food outlets. You will be responsible for menu development, maintaining food quality, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Oversee the Head Chefs across the�five food outlets, including fine dining, casual dining, and banquet services.

  • Develop and innovate menus, ensuring a balance of local flavours and international cuisine.

  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.

  • Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  • Monitor and control kitchen budgets, including food cost and labour expenses.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.



Qualifications:




  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior culinary role, preferably within a large resort or multi-outlet environment.

  • Exceptional culinary skills with a strong background in both classic and contemporary cuisine.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.

  • Passion for using fresh, local ingredients and a commitment to sustainability.

  • Formal culinary training and relevant certifications are highly desirable.
