Job Opening: Executive Director for European Market
We are actively looking for an Executive Director to cover the European market as part of our global business development team. This position is based in our London office.
Position Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new client relationships in the European market
Create a structured sales plan to target new clients
Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients
Maintain a deep understanding of firm’s investment strategies, product line-up, and which types of investors could most benefit from firm’s strategies
Work across departments seamlessly including investments, risk, compliance, and operations
Work closely with existing business development team
Required Skills/Abilities:
Minimum of 10 years experience raising capital in the European market
Existing industry relationships (a plus if institutional and family office)
Strong investment understanding and abilities surrounding corporate and structured credit. Strategies include opportunistic credit, CLOs, private credit, income/short duration, and structured credit.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field is preferred. Experience dealing with credit/fixed income products and/or alternative products is a plus.
