Rapport is currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Guest Services Manager to join our Rapport team, based in our high-profile client's offices in Canary Wharf. Our client has multiple buildings within the area, and you will play a crucial part in overseeing the Guest Services and Reception areas.
You will play a key role in supporting the Guest Services Manager in the management of a vibrant, innovative team of 16 Rapport Ambassadors across the client's buildings, supporting front-of-house operations, ensuring the highest level of service and care to the client, its customers, guests, and service partners following service level agreements and established policies and procedures.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone with an exceptional ability to establish immediate Rapport with arriving guests at the building. You will be a vital member of a highly professional team dedicated to delivering top-notch client care, exceptional service, and memorable experiences to all internal employees, clients, and directors. It's an exciting role where each day brings new challenges.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week), working from Monday to Friday on a rotating shift basis between 7 AM and 7 PM as required by the client's needs.
Main Responsibilities
Although specific tasks may vary, the main responsibilities within this position are:
Proactively addressing guest requests efficiently, in a friendly and timely manner, handling all business needs promptly and professionally
Collaborating with the Guest Services Manager and Supervisors to maintain excellent reporting and account management practices consistently, enhancing guest and customer services
Exceeding client and guest expectations, actively fostering a client-centric environment by conducting regular coaching sessions with each team member to uphold core operational standards
Taking personal responsibility for the service standards at client locations
Supporting the Guest Services Manager in HR-related matters (e.g., scheduling management, Recruitment, Reward and Recognition, general people management)
Demonstrating effective people management, leadership, and team development skills (e.g., through PDRs, coaching)
