a great role with a mix of operational input, including training and financials as well as menu development.
No evenings
As this lovely small business grows from one to two sites this year, they would like an Exec Chef to join them. The role would take care of training & developing the teams on site and new leading the opening this summer. The role will also include menu development, with seasonal changes taking place across two sites, the business has plans to grow beyond this, so a vert exciting time. The food is so fresh, seasonal, well presented and they use the very best suppliers.
this role would suit a confident Head Chef who would like to step into an junior Exec role and someone who truly reflects the culture of this indy but people focused business.
Both sites (and all to follow) will only open in the day times so you will not need to do any evenings.
