Salary: £55,000
We are recruiting for an extremely exciting role of Executive Head Chef for a leading events contract.
You will have experience in quality dining and events catering, preferably with a venue background, there is a large commercial element to this role also. Experience in food costings, delivering on GP and leading and developing the core team is a must.
The ideal candidate will have a finger on the pulse with modern food trends and won't be afraid to push the boundaries. Innovation and leadership are needed to succeed in this role. Catering for large scale events for up to 1500 will not daunt you but no 2 days are the same within this sought after venue.
The Successful Candidate:
Experience in a senior role as Exec or Head Chef in event catering
Experience in all due diligence, COSHH and Health & Safety
A proven track record in development of teams
A passion for delivering excellent food and standards
Excellent client relationships
Bags of personality and a fantastic work ethic are essential
