Location:The role is field based covering our practices in the West Midlands
Practices covered include:Halesowen, Solihull, Selby Oak, Hereford, Bromsgrove, Kidderminster
Salary:Up to £55,000 per annum + benefits + company car
Join us as a Business Development Partner and become the catalyst for growth and success in our dynamic veterinary business.
About the role
As a Business Development Partner, youll be a pivotal member of our team, serving as both an inspirational business coach and a strategic partner to our Practice Owners, guiding them towards achieving their goals while aligning with our broader business strategy.
Youll support around 15 veterinary practices in the West Midlands area, including; Halesowen, Solihull, Selby Oak, Hereford, Bromsgrove and Kidderminster.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Fostering strong relationships with our Practice Owners and their teams, providing expert guidance and support to align their ambitions with our company vision
Collaborating closely with Support Office teams to provide constructive feedback and drive continuous improvement in service delivery
Cultivating a coaching mentality among peers and supporting a collaborative "One Team" approach across the organisation
Championing colleague development and engagement initiatives to maximise retention and performance
Driving business opportunities within each partnership through strategic planning and regular performance reviews
Leading the implementation of new ideas to enhance our brand presence and market position
Supporting Practice Owners in talent management, succession planning and negotiation with Support Office functions
Acting as a conduit for complex colleague matters, ensuring seamless solutions and maintaining a unified team ethos
About you
Proven coaching skills and commercial acumen
Ability to adapt your approach to different contexts and individuals
Experience in facilitating multi-site team requirements and driving results
Joint venture operations experience is desirable
Experience of understanding and analysing financial results
A high degree of personal impact and influence
A high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, self-awareness and resilience
