Job Specification
Executive Assistant to General Counsel
Act as “right hand” to General Counsel. Facilitate regular communication and act as enabler for GC to execute against department and business strategy.

an in-depth understanding of the business and key contacts and ability to apply that knowledge in the day-to-day role.
of tasks and emails, ensuring this priority is clear and understood. Providing suggested solutions to delegate to help improve the manageability of GCs workload.
to act as mouthpiece, confidant to GC and responsible for flowing down department strategy.
department restructure priorities to meet departmental goals set by GC.
and maintaining record of confidential whistleblowing reports
annual reviews for direct reports and processing all pay reviews and bonuses
of telephone conferences / web sessions / video conferences
and organisation of trips and preparation of travel expense reports
of practicing certificate and subscription renewals
organisation as well as preparation and follow-up of national and international meetings/reviews (internal & external) incl. recording and tracking of action plans
for assisting GC in executing against strategic plan.
and co-ordination of management meetings and Department meetings annually, which involve international travel for participants.
of presentation documents working with Head of GLC Operations
of orders
taking and action tracking
administrative tasks, ensuring GC office runs smoothly.
cooperation with internal and external partners
of holiday applications, sick leave, vacancies and contract offers in consultation with the personnel manager.
