Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range Job Title: Executive AdministratorJob Overview: The Executive Administrator will support senior management with a range of administrative duties.This role will be suitable for an individual who is able to use their own initiative, and can thrive in a fast paced business. The ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. This role will benefit an individual who would like to gain experience in a range of business functions and would be suited to someone who can think and plan ahead and be very pro-active in terms of their approach to work.To be successful in this role, you must have very strong attention to detail and the ability to work on your own initiative, with the ability to plan and organise.Summary of Benefits:Annual leave 28 days per annum, incl. public holidaysContributory Pension SchemeCompany LaptopCompany MobileFree Car Parking on siteBenefits Package with range of discounts off cinema, retail, restaraunts and UK attractions.Key Features of the role:Organising, facilitating and attending management meetings and eventsManaging diaries and calendar entries and prepare documentation prior to meetingsPreparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes and following up actions to completionReviewing, prioritising and responding to mail and emailsPreparing, proofreading and issuing letters, reports and documents as directed by Senior Management TeamPreparing itineraries and organising travelThe maintenance of confidentiality of all information unless otherwise permitted by managementSkills and Experience Required:Must have a fundamental understanding of the core functions of business operationsProcess orientated, organised and systematic with the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlinesAble to work on own initiative and with minimal supervisionConfident, self-starter and flexible approachA minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role ideallyDegree qualified (Not Essential, but desirable)Intermediate to advanced use of MS Office and Information TechnologyProfessional Presentation and conductPossess a keen eye for detail and high standardsStrong problem solving skillsStrong verbal communication skills are essentialMust have good English writing skills (good ability to draft emails and other written correspondence)Must have a flexible approach to work and good punctualityThe salary offered will be dependent upon skills and experience Seniority levelSeniority level Mid-Senior level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Administrative Industries Business Consulting and Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at TEMPLEWOOD RECRUITMENT LTD. by 2xGet notified about new
