Contract Type: Part-time, (0.7 FTE), permanent
Job Description
You will work closely with senior management to support operations and business management. Tasks will include:
managing diaries, emails and travel
liaison with external partners including shareholders, Board, licensees and customers
coordinate Board meetings
liaison with suppliers to maintain the company website and IT systems,
Coordination of corporate communications activities including conference preparation
set up and maintenance of records to meet quality management and regulatory obligations
ordering of goods and
maintenance of financial records
human resource management of employees and contractors
Experience and Qualifications
You hold a relevant academic qualification and have extensive EA or PA experience, preferably in a scientific company, although not essential.
Key Requirements
Excellent MS Office, organisational, and management skills
Confident and assertive personality
Excellent written communication to a grammatically high standard
Strong oral communication skills to interact with Board level contacts and business partners
