We have a unique opportunity for an EA to join a Hedge Fund as the EA to 3 Partners, working with this award winning global company you will provide extensive and effective support to these three busy individuals.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience working in an Executive Administrative position, ideally from a Hedge Fund, Private Equity or similar background. Candidates will be required to show strong attention to detail and self-motivation, along with a ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to assist in a multitude of projects across the firm. As part of a performance driven team with high standards, an entrepreneurial and flexible mindset is key.
In this busy role where you will be support Snr Partners, the right person will seek excellence in everything they do and have the natural ability to remain calm and in control whilst managing several tasks simultaneously. As the Executive Assistant to Partners and analysts; you will be responsible for;
A high level of diary management, internal meeting room management including virtual meeting set up, lunch bookings, travel arrangements, meet and greet guests, expenses, ad-hoc projects as needed.
Recruitment Coordination: arrange candidate interviews, book travel itineraries, meet and greet candidates.
Additional office support; work with the COO and CCO on ad-hoc projects (such as event arranging, updating policies, office layouts) and general assistance in day-to-day office functioning.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite capabilities (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Extensive diary management experience
• Ability to think on his/her feet in a driven and intense environment.
• Strong self-motivation and discipline to complete projects without excessive oversight
• Excellent Communicator
• Highly polished and strongly self-aware; to be an excellent Ambassador for the Firm
• Willingness to ‘wear many hats’
• Non-essential but an added bonus; Fire Marshall, First Aider, H&S Assessment experience Responsibilities and tasks:
This role is based in the office 5 days a week
