Morgan Dickson are recruiting on behalf of an educational institution for an Executive Assistant.



Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide a high level of professional executive and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team. Through the provision of this service, the post-holder ensures the efficient operation of the Office, and actively contributes to managing task and time such that the Office is operating optimally.�



Key responsibilities include:




  • Provide efficient, high quality and confidential business, administrative and executive support.

  • Assist Office in preparation for meetings/talks/visits

  • Manage a complex and busy diary for the Senior Leadership Team, using independent judgement to prioritise their work schedules in accordance with changing priorities

  • Facilitate and service high level committees as required, taking clear, concise, and accurate minutes.

  • Manage responses to incoming correspondence, phone calls and emails, some of which may be complex and sensitive. Identify priorities and respond.

  • Ensure any expenditure is managed within a specified budget, and take responsibility for financial administration (requisitions, invoices, receipting, expense claims)



The successful candidate will be proactive and enthusiastic and be able work as part of a small busy team. They must be able to demonstrate they can interact with people at all levels and backgrounds and be effective in building positive and effective working relationships both internally and externally.



The post holder will be required to work Monday-Friday, covering the office via shift work 08:30-17:30 - It is expected that the post holder will work on-site in Egham for the majority of their working week.
