Executive Assistant To Global Director�
Reporting to: Head of Region�
Supporting the Director in her regional & UK responsibilities.
- Managing Information Flow:
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prioritize and organize information effectively.
- Provide task management to ensure tasks are actioned within deadlines
- Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders
- Provide administration to ensure governance, legal and compliance adherence�
- �Calendar Management:
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and business events.
- Maintain regular meeting schedule
- Prepare agenda/reports/documents and PowerPoints for meetings
- Managing communications post meeting, including status reports on open actions
- Supporting in coordinating activities of the Regional Committee
- Travel and Accommodation Arrangements:
- Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.) produce trip itinerary and associated documentation
- Expense Tracking:
- Track and submit daily expenses and prepare reports
- Manage information for internal and external communication
- Drafting communications to the Regional and UK teams
- Strategic analysis for the Region, preparing presentations, communicating and updating strategic measures
- Meeting Support:
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks as and when required
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent MS�Office knowledge, specifically Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, apply own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
