Executive Assistant To Global Director�



Reporting to: Head of Region�



Supporting the Director in her regional & UK responsibilities.




  • Managing Information Flow:

    • Handle emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely and accurate manner.

    • Prioritize and organize information effectively.

    • Provide task management to ensure tasks are actioned within deadlines

    • Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders

    • Provide administration to ensure governance, legal and compliance adherence�



  • �Calendar Management:




  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and business events.

  • Maintain regular meeting schedule

  • Prepare agenda/reports/documents and PowerPoints for meetings

  • Managing communications post meeting, including status reports on open actions

  • Supporting in coordinating activities of the Regional Committee




  • Travel and Accommodation Arrangements:




  • Make travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.) produce trip itinerary and associated documentation

  • Expense Tracking:

  • Track and submit daily expenses and prepare reports

  • Manage information for internal and external communication

  • Drafting communications to the Regional and UK teams

  • Strategic analysis for the Region, preparing presentations, communicating and updating strategic measures

  • Meeting Support:

  • Take minutes during meetings.

  • Perform general administrative tasks as and when required





Requirements and Skills:




  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent MS�Office knowledge, specifically Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, apply own initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Discretion and confidentiality.
