As an Executive Assistant you will report to the Chief of Staff and be responsible for executing on tasks such as scheduling, day-to-day administrative needs, invoicing, and vendor onboarding. You will play a critical role in supporting our CEO and enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives. You will also be responsible for responding to emails, organizing documents, maintaining records, taking notes in meetings and owning and responding to varying needs to support the executive teams roles in the UK. This role will also be responsible for project support - assisting in special projects and initiatives assigned by the CEO or Chief of Staff. Coordinate and collaborate with other team members as needed. Due to the global nature of our business, we will require for this position to work on UK time.ResponsibilitiesCraft: The Executive Assistant role requires a strong level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn and utilize our internal business tools such as Google Suite, Asana, Hubspot, SLACK, and TeamTailor with expertise in relevant skills.Craving: We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is driven, and motivated about their work. Time-sensitive situations may require you to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Coachability: Being receptive to feedback, open to learning and adaptable to new processes or technologies is crucial in this role. We value continuous improvement and offer opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for the Executive Assistant role. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing communications on behalf of the CEO as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. Active listening and strong interpersonal skills are essential.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 5 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Basic understanding of frequently used business tools such as Google Suite, Asana, and SLACK.
